Snickers
I have borrowed an exercise bike. This is because, at least twice a week, me and a few friends do a five mile walk. Last year we walked the Bristol Half Marathon for Breast Cancer Awareness, but this year we haven't planned any sort of sponsored walk. Anyway....to get to the point...when we walk, I am always having to wait for them, they are so slow! This week, however, we went out cycling for a change. The tables completely turned. I struggled. A lot. Twice they had to wait for me, and once I had to get off and push. I refuse to get beaten, so I have borrowed this bike to use whilst watching TV. But somehow, I managed to eat a Snickers bar whilst watching the telly and pedalling. Which is probably defeating the object of the exercise. My friend was going to use it, but she said she refused on the grounds that there wasn't a built in ashtray for her fag.

i used to use my treadmill every day, but it got boring. i liked going to the gym every day, as it was only 30 mins, but after i started having spotting, my dr told me to stop going to the gym and just walk every day. i can't wait to go back to the gym in a few months.
jilly
A treadmill is better than an exercise bike, because you can hang more laundry off of the bars & stuff after you quit using it.
Clank,, even eating a Snickers you are doing good! You are still improving your leg strength and cardiovascular fitness.
I have had a treadmill and an airwalker. I only ever buy second hand, cos I know they will only be a fad and that I won't carry on with it. Same as Weighwatchers, Slimming World, Rosemary Connolly, Shapes and my rowing machine :oD
i have a lovely cardiofit that is collecting dust in the basement.
I have no idea what a cardiofit is Miss Spidey, but I'm sure you have a high quality dust :oD
I used to have an airwalker I really liked it , I am going on the get fit having random acts of sex with total strangers in cheap hotel rooms diet I expect to be thin by xmas
