you will need copious amounts of tissues for the last life on mars .All I have doen today is take the dog out go to lidls and watch 7 episodes of shameless back to back
as i have aged, i notice more and more of my life revolves around food too.
whats for lunch, what shall we have for dinner? dessert? how about a snack while watching the tv? whats for breakfast tomorrow?
what shall i take in my lunch for work?
i need a hobby.
maybe i will take up chess.
I need to add to my list...
Watched Catch me if you can with Leonardo and Tom.
My lovliest uncle taught me how to play chess. I know the rules, but I'm no good at the thinking ahead.
How much does 93 pounds and 7.30 translate into in American dollars? I spend $200/week on groceries and you can't really get a pizza here for under $12.00.
she meant the pizza was due to bedelivered at 7.30 pm,
£93 = $181
Don't forget, there ane only three of us. So almost halve it, and it's easyish to work out.
My weekly shopping bill is very rarely under £120.. but that is for 4 + invisible Dan now and again.
Regarding commenting on AOL blogs, why don't you just open a new AOL email account and sign in via the AOL web site, that should allow you to still comment.
i spend about $100 a week on grocery stuff, food and household items. The baby only eats a jar of baby food a week and a box of cereal lasts forever. The formula is about $30-$45 though.
last weekend I made chocolate chunk brownies for my heathens at school and they appreciated it. they all live off fast food and free school lunch anyway (only poor kids get free school lunch, but it's all fat and processed sugars), so i could have burnt the brownies and they'd love it anyway.
we're not supposed to feed the kids (there are signs up all over the school like the ones at the zoo telling us not to feed them), but I was able to finnagle the rules to make it okay. banking is only fun if there's someone to eat what you bake. my guy doesn't really like sweets and i don't need more sweets in my life than i already have, so i only bake 2 times a year and it's looking like it's done for 2008.
jilly
my weekely shopping for me and the three lads is abotu £45
bigjoe and i spend about $85 per week at the grocery store. i also buy stuff that spideydaughter eats for breakfast and she joins us for dinner occasionally. this does also include toilet paper and tissue and soap and laundry detergent so it isn't even stuff you can eat. but, as you may already know from reading my blog, we eat out quite often so if we stayed home the bill would be much higher.
We spend about $150 per week on groceries--not including the times we eat out. I do not use coupons.
Clanky, is the UK as coupon-crazy as they are over here?
1) Nobody uses coupons.
2) Spidey...You eat out all the time, no wonder you spend next to nothing
3) Jilly...I forget Mandolin must be at the starting to eat stage now. It goes so quickly.
4) Alex...bloody hell you budget well. I spend about £30 on fruit and veg alone.
for the rich theres supermarkets for the poor theres Lidls :)I just buy food we never have biscuits squash crisps pop snacks if you want a snack in my house then its toast or fruit you can't spend what you haven't got but Im still a fat cow
I shop at Lidls sometimes. But I get 10% off at Asda. I hate the staff at my Lidls. They are v grumpy.
I love the staff at my Lidls gay steve told me I had beautiful eyes and should wear contacts when I went in wearing glasses and they play practical jokes on me Its like going shopping in a corner shop
I spend about 200/month on food.
And then there's Subway, Panera, Serendipity and Starbucks...
