Aohell

I downloaded Firefox and am now able to post. However, I am thinking of getting a Virgin package and getting rid of aohell anyway.

Events of the week.

  • Went to Weston Super Mud yesterday and did all the obligatory cold day at the sesaside kinda things.
  • Managed to squeeze into a size 12 pair of jeans from Next.
  • Stew got sent off at football on Saturday which is very annoying considering it is a £40 fine for a straight red card.
  • Went up to Westbury White Horse today and Lizzy sat on the horses ear. Then we flew a kite and played football.
Events expected this week are that...
Stews only sister is expecting her first baby and it is already one day overdue.
I thought I might take Lizzy to see Ratatouille tomorrow as she has never been to the pictures before.

Schell...I finished The Other Boleyn Girl. I quite enjoyed it, even though it was historically incorrect. Did you like it?I understand it is to be made into a film with Scarlett Johanssen.

I have started a new book. It is a Gorgette Heyer. Anything good enough for Stephen Fry is good enough for me.

I really did enjoy "The Other Boleyn Girl", and am looking forward to the movie. Right now I'm reading "Slaughter House Five" for my book group, and I'm not enjoying it at all.

Yes it was a clever idea wasn't it? And all my own :o)

Read a Georgette Heyer instead Schell. Much more "cuddle up with a cocoa" kinda book :o)

Gogs, could you send me the link to your blog please. I lost all my favourites after I deleted them all when Aohell added everyones favourites together.

To be honest, I only use it to go to my blog...then click it, as all my favs are in my aol page. And I'm too lazy to transfer them all.

The White Horse is said to commemorate a victory by King Alfred and carved, I believe, in the 800's a.d. It is always really windy up there and is a lovely kite flying area. It is also very flat above and behind the horse so good for ball games. It's about 5 miles from my house. Thanks for asking, Emma :o)

We always know we are nearly at Centre Parcs when we pass the White Horse... only 5 weeks and we will be there again.
